EVENT DESCRIPTION:
Chinese Human Rights Defenders attacked for the second time this year. Site is managed from activists in China, hosted in the US (GoDaddy). Attack occurred shortly after GoDaddy announced it would cease registering .cn domain names and Google announced it would stop filtering Chinese searches.
