ATTACK SPECIFICS:
Up to 150MB/sec.

EVENT DESCRIPTION:
Site "seeks to identify web sites with terrorist links and then lobbies hosting providers to shut down the suspect sites." (1) After many sites collected donations for the site (at least $3790), at least 15 mirror sites were launched.
