EVENT DESCRIPTION:
Kyrgyzstan's two major ISPs - ns.kg and domain.kg, which account for 80% of the country's bandwidth - were hit by a big DDoS attack. Speculation points to Russia either in reaction to the US Air Base Kyrgyzstan hosts or, more likely, to stifle political opposition.
