One of many Electronic Civil Disobedience/Electronic Disturbance Theater "virtual sit-in" protests against the Mexican government. This one, specifically, is to protest "the expulsion of international human rights observers from Chiapas and the implementation of new restrictions on internationals who wish to enter the country." (1)
