"The attack flooded a Telstra link in Melbourne that formed part of Vocus' network. Vocus is a wholesale IP network provider." (1)

EVENT DESCRIPTION:
Not clear if it's a censorship case.

Also affected another Melbourne firm, Ventra-IP to shut down its Vocus link.
