EVENT DESCRIPTION:
Ministry of Transportation, Information and Communication Technologies Authority , and the Telecommunications Communication Presidency websites were all unavailable during a DoS after those organizations, responsible for Internet censorship in Turkey, successfully blocked Google sites, including YouTube.
